Swimming all strokes: Front Crawl, Back Crawl, Breaststroke, Elementary, Sidestroke minimum of 120 feet without assistance. Instructor is OUT of the water, students are swimming laps and perfecting stroke technique. |

Front & Back Crawl, Elementary Backstroke, Breaststroke, Sidestroke swimming a minimum of 240 ft each stroke |
